Food insufficient elderly have consistently lower mean intakes of 19 nutrients, significantly so for 12 nutrients, including energy, protein, carbohydrate, saturated fat, riboflavin, magnesium and zinc, iron, vitamins B-6 & B12 and niacin.

Services:
Low income individuals/families and senior citizens (60 & over) benefit from this area wide tax program. Family
Service Coordinators are trained to help prepare tax forms and/or answer tax questions. All offices are equipped
to e-file. Coordinators also assist with Homestead Exemption preparation. No self-employed or farm returns are
prepared.
Eligibility & Application:
We do NOT provide tax assistance to self-employed persons or farmers. The following items are
required to allow our volunteers to complete your return.

W-2's for you and your spouse from every employer during the year
