The Program
Applications are taken year round. Set up an
appointment with your local Head Start Center to fill one out
convenience. Bring the following to complete an
application:

Proof of income
-
Proof of birth
-
Childs up to date immunization record
-
Medicaid or health insurance information
-
Birth dates of all family members
-
If applicable, a copy of the MDT and IFSP/IEP
Goldenrod Hills Head Start is funded to serve 333 children. In
addition, local resources have been obtained to administer services
to children in partnerships with Public Schools and a public child
care.
